1424.06 CONFLICTS OF LAWS.

(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Ohio Plumbing Code and a provision of any Village ordinance or resolution, the stricter standard shall control.

(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Ohio Plumbing Code and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the Village by reference, the stricter standard shall control.
