1422.03 APPLICATION.

The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1422.01, shall be in full force and effect within the Village and shall apply to all non-industrialized one, two and three-family dwellings in the Village.
