Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the Ohio Building Code (OBC), as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published in Chapter 4101:1 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), as if the whole thereof is set out at length herein, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted. Any amendments to such Code and any new edition of such Code shall automatically be adopted by reference.
