1249.11 MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY.
   The Planning Board may allow multiple occupancy on a zoned lot, provided that:
   (a)   The zoning lot is maintained in single ownership.
   (b)   Each multiple occupancy is a permitted use in the district.
   (c)   The multiple occupancy occurs within a single building on the zoning lot.
   (d)   The building and zoning lot containing the multiple occupancy meet all the area, yard and height requirements of the district.
   (e)   Each use within a multiple occupancy building, and all the uses in combination, meet the performance standards set forth in this chapter.
