All streets within the Village shall meet the following minimum specifications:
(a) The street shall be not less than fifty feet in width.
(b) The paved portion of the street shall be not less than twenty-four feet in width from curb to curb.
(c) The paved portion of the street shall be improved with nine inches of reinforced concrete with a six-inch by six-inch integral curb of reinforced concrete.
(d) Concrete sidewalks shall be constructed and shall be four inches thick and sixty inches wide, except that those portions of sidewalks which are within the limits of a private residential driveway shall be six inches thick and reinforced.
(e) Aprons for all driveways abutting on the street shall be provided and shall be made of six inches of reinforced concrete.
(f) The standard for the materials and construction of any of the improvements required herein shall be the specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation then in effect, except in those instances where, in the opinion of the Village Engineer, such standards should be modified to meet unusual circumstances.

(g) Storm and sanitary sewers shall be constructed in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and Standards for the Design and Construction of Sewerage Improvements as formulated by the Committee on Uniform Standards, dated May 11, 1978, as adopted by the Village in Section 1042.08 of these Codified Ordinances.

(h) Water mains and all appurtenances thereto shall be provided in accordance with the standards of, and shall be subject to the approval of, the Water Division of the City of Cleveland.
(i) The unpaved portions of all streets shall be seeded.
(j) All utility locations within the street shall be approved by the Village Engineer and by the companies providing such utilities.
