1220.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

A Planning Commission is hereby established for the Village. The Commission shall consist of the Mayor, ex officio, one member of Council to be appointed by Council and three citizens of the Village to be appointed by the Mayor in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 713.01.
