1076.01 DESIGNATION OF BACCI PARK AS RECREATIONAL AREA; USAGE.

The Village property known as "The Louis J. Bacci Recreational Park" (Bacci Park), situated on Canal Road in the Village, shall be used as a recreational area in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
