1068.02 EMPLOYMENT OF ADDITIONAL HELP.

In the event that it should be necessary from time to time to employ additional help in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Village Hall, such help shall be employed by the Mayor. The employment of any such help, and the period of the employment, shall be certified to the Clerk by the Mayor.
