1042.13 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT REQUIRED; REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT DRAINAGE PLANS.

Storm water management will be required to minimize and/or delay the amount of runoff from newly developed or redeveloped areas. Development drainage plans are to be reviewed by the Village Engineer. Where a development or redevelopment project includes five or more acres, development drainage plans shall also be submitted to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.
