1042.04 LATERAL SEWER CONNECTIONS.
   Lateral sewer connections to a public sewer shall be constructed of pipe, not less than six inches in internal diameter, with watertight gasket joints, and shall be laid in an open trench. In order to permit ventilation of the public sewer and the lateral sewer, no trap shall be placed in the lateral sewer. After the sewer is laid, but before it is covered or used, it shall be inspected and approved by the Building Commissioner.
