1024.05 NONCOMPLIANCE; REMEDY OF VILLAGE.

The Village may replace the permanent paving surface and deduct the cost of such surface from the deposit made at the time of the permit application if the permittee fails to backfill or pave the opening as required by Section 1024.04.
