848.05 LOCATION OF WELLS.

No well shall be drilled nearer than 200 feet to any building, unless the owner of the building shall in writing consent thereto. No well shall be drilled at any location which, in the opinion of the Mayor, shall constitute a fire hazard or otherwise constitute a hazard to the public safety.
