848.04 PERMIT REVOCATION.

If a permit is issued and the drilling operations are not thereafter conducted in strict compliance with this chapter, the permit shall be revoked and, upon notice thereof to the owner, lessee or person in charge of the drilling operations, all drilling operations shall be immediately discontinued.
