844.04 PERMIT REVOCATION.

If the use and operation of the instrumentality does create unnecessary noise or disturbance, or is otherwise detrimental to the public welfare, the permit will be revoked by the Mayor and notice thereof will be immediately given to the applicant, and the use of the device shall thereupon immediately cease.
