844.02 MECHANICAL LOUDSPEAKERS AND AMPLIFIERS; PERMIT REQUIRED.

The use of mechanical loudspeakers or amplifiers on trucks or other moving vehicles for advertising or other purposes is hereby prohibited, except under authority of and in conformity with a permit issued by the Mayor.
