844.01 DRUMS, LOUDSPEAKERS, ETC.; PERMIT REQUIRED.

The use of any drum, loudspeaker or other instrument or device for the purpose of attracting attention, by creation of noise, to any performance, show, sale, display of merchandise or otherwise, is hereby prohibited, except under authority of and in conformity with a permit issued by the Mayor.
