806.99 PENALTY.

If, after conducting the hearing and appeal procedure provided in Section 806.03(g)(3), the cable operator is determined to be in violation of the terms of these Customer Service Standards, the cable operator shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 17 of the franchise agreement.
