452.031 PROHIBITED PARKING ON EAST 49TH STREET.

(a) No person shall stand or park a vehicle on either side of East 49th Street.

(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
