440.12 TRUCK PASSING RESTRICTED.

The operator of a truck with a gross weight of more than three tons shall not overtake and pass another vehicle or truck proceeding in the same direction on the Willow Freeway, East 49th Street, Grant Avenue and East 71st Street.
