290.04 MAYOR'S COURT ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Mayor's Court Enforcement and Education Fund, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12.

(b) A part of the fine imposed under Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A) or Section 434.01 of the Traffic Code shall be deposited in said Fund, to be used by the Police Department to pay only those costs it incurs in enforcing Ohio R.C. 4511.19 or Section 434.01 of the Traffic Code.
