290.01 MAYOR'S COURT FINE FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a special fund to be know as the Mayor's Court Fine Fund, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12.

(b) All monies paid to the Village for fines, forfeitures and local and State costs shall be deposited in said Fund for transfer to the General Fund of the Village for use by the Village for general operating purposes or to the Treasurer of the State of Ohio.
