274.05 REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES.
   Members of the Community Activities Committee shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred by them in the performance of their duties in the amount of no more than ten dollars ($10.00) per month, payable semiannually, without the necessity of furnishing receipts or other proof to entitle them to such reimbursement. In addition, members of the Community Activities Committee may be reimbursed in a total amount not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties upon furnishing receipts for said expenses to the Clerk.
