The Community Activities Committee shall submit a proposed budget to Council on or before March 1 of each year. Such budget shall set forth a general description of the activities that will be conducted, the Committee’s estimate of financial requirements for the ensuing year and recommendation of the amount of funds to be appropriated by Council for the activities. The Committee shall also submit an end-of-year report, detailing the activities that were undertaken and the amount of money spent during the year.
