252.01 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR.
   (a)   Establishment of Position. There is hereby established a position to be known as the Administrative Assistant to the Mayor.
   (b)   Duties. The duties incident to the position of Administrative Assistant to the Mayor shall be to render secretarial assistance to the Mayor, act as his or her receptionist, assist the Clerk and other Village officials, in such manner and to such extent as the Mayor may from time to time specify, and perform such other and additional duties and functions as the Mayor may from time to time require or designate.
   (c)   Appointment; Term. The Administrative Assistant to the Mayor shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
