248.05 CDL LICENSE FEE REIMBURSEMENT.

(a) Each full-time employee in the Service Department who successfully obtains a CDL license shall be reimbursed by the Village for the fees involved in obtaining and renewing such license.

(b) In order to be entitled to reimbursement, the employee shall be required to present appropriate receipts and documentation to the Chief Fiscal Officer.
