248.04 SHOW-UP TIME FOR SERVICE ON OFF-DUTY HOURS.
When a full-time member of the Service Department is called back to duty during his or her normal off-duty hours, such member shall be entitled to show-up time of a minimum of two hours. Show-up time shall be paid at the employee's regular rate of compensation plus overtime if such is due and payable. However, when an employee is called in early to his or her regularly scheduled shift, or is called back to work for hours that become contiguous to his or her regularly scheduled shift, the employee shall receive pay for actual hours worked, rather than show-up time pay.
