(a) At the Village’s expense, and subject to the Mayor’s approval, the Service Director, the Assistant Service Director, and any employees listed in Section 248.01(a)(1) shall be permitted to rent uniforms for their regular work duties.
(b) In the Service Department, an allowance for only the following employees may be made in each year, if needed, unless otherwise indicated, for not more than the following:
Service Director, Assistant Service Director, and any employees listed in Section 248.01(a)(1):
Clothing allowance not to exceed five hundred dollar ($500.00) limit in one year.
(c) The Service Director shall create a policy to govern the annual uniform allowance available to part-time Service Department employees.
