230.02 AUTHORITY TO ENGAGE A MAGISTRATE.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to engage one or more attorneys-at-law, qualified to be a Magistrate, to serve the Cuyahoga Heights' Mayor's Court in his absence. The engagement shall be at the attorney's standard hourly rates and shall be subject to any terms of engagement required by law acceptable to the Law Director.
