4-2-15: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

In addition to the revocation or suspension of license as provided in section 4-2-13 of this chapter, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
