All signs, together with all of their supports, braces, guys and anchors shall be kept in repair and in proper state of preservation and working order. The display surfaces of all signs shall be kept neatly painted or posted at all times. The building inspector or city superintendent may order the removal of any sign that is not maintained in accordance with these provisions. (Ord. 2009-03, 12-7-2009)
