A. Starting Points: North Central Avenue and South Central Avenue shall be the starting points for numbering houses fronting on streets within the city. East Main Street and West Main Street shall be used at the starting points for numbering houses fronting on avenues within the city.
B. Determination Of Numbers: Numbering shall commence with the number one and shall increase one hundred (100) numbers each block; each twenty five feet (25') of frontage on the streets and avenues shall be allowed one number; odd numbers shall be used to number houses upon the east and north sides of said streets and alleys and even numbers shall be used to number houses upon the west and south sides of the same.
