8-6-17: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:

Any person, firm or corporation who or which is the owner or occupant or in possession, control or management of any lot, block or parcel of land within the City who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
