8-6-16: APPEAL:

Any person may appeal any ruling or order concerning trees to the Urban Forestry Board, who may hear the matter and make decisions. If a person is not happy with a decision made by the Urban Forestry Board, that person may appeal the decision to the Cut Bank City Council which shall make a final decision. (Ord. 12-01, 8-20-2012)
