No person shall ride, operate or propel any bicycle, or motor scooter or other vehicle, excepting automobiles, trucks, and trailers, upon any portion of Main Street between the intersection thereof with Second Avenue Southwest and Second Avenue Southeast, except for the purpose of crossing Main Street, and no person shall ride, operate or propel any of said vehicles upon any portion of Central Avenue between the intersection thereof with First Street Southeast and First Street Southwest and Railroad Street.
