1-5-2: COUNCIL COMPOSITION AND TERM:
There shall be two (2) aldermen representing each ward of the city. At each city election hereafter, one alderman shall be elected from each city ward, as described in this code 1 , for a term of four (4) years or until his successor is elected and qualified. (2006 Code)
