2.100.140    Gifts.
   It shall be unlawful for any Lobbyist to deliver or cause to be delivered any Gift to any City Official, and for any City Official to accept any Gift from a Lobbyist. This provision shall be interpreted consistently with Government Code Section 86203. (Ord. 23-2249, Att. A (part), 2023; Ord. 21-2222, § 1 (part), 2021)
