   No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle as defined in the Vehicle Code of California on any day within the City:

   A.   On any of the following enumerated streets, or portions of streets within tract Nos. 5099, 5103, 5104, 5105, 5284, 5285, 5286 and 5287, Oak Meadows Subdivision:
