It is unlawful for any vehicle to enter an intersection or a marked crosswalk where “Keep Clear” legends have been painted and signs have been posted, unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crossing at the far side of the intersection to accommodate the vehicle without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic control signal device indication to proceed.
