No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle as defined in the Vehicle Code of California, or as hereafter amended, on the streets or portions of streets, set out in Table 11.24.170, within the City for a period of time longer than that indicated opposite the name of each street between the respective hours set opposite the name of each street on any day, or on any one day and the next ensuing day, except as provided in this section.
