11.08.260 Bicycle Route–Designated.
   The City Manager, upon approval of the City Council, is authorized to erect or place signs upon any street in the City indicating the existence of a bicycle route, and otherwise regulating the location and use of vehicles and bicycles with respect to them, so long as the same are consistent with this chapter. Before such a sign is erected, the subject bicycle route shall be designated on such streets by an approved sign, or in such other manner as the City Manager determines will provide sufficient notice of the existence of such bicycle route.
