11.08.011 Motor-Driven Cycle.
   A “motor-driven cycle” is any motorcycle, including every motor scooter, with a motor which produces less than fifteen gross brake horsepower, and every bicycle with motor attached. “Motor-driven cycle” does not include a "motorized bicycle" as defined in Section 11.08.012.
