10.44.110 Permit–Contents.

   Each permit shall state the following:

   A.   Starting time;

   B.   Maximum and minimum speed;

   C.   Maximum and minimum intervals of space to be maintained between units of the event;

   D.   The portions of the streets to be traversed that may be occupied by the event; and

   E.   Maximum length of the event in miles or fractions thereof.
