Violations of any provision of this chapter constitutes a misdemeanor punishable as prescribed in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
In addition to the criminal penalties prescribed above, the City Attorney may bring appropriate civil action to enforce the provisions of this chapter or any permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
Nothing in this section shall be construed as affecting permit entitlements granted by other jurisdictions, nor shall this section be deemed to confer any rights or remedies upon any person, firm or corporation not a party to the permit or other entitlements granted by the City.
