Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12 of this Code. The City may also impose re-inspection fees to the property owner for verification of compliance as enumerated in the City's Public Works Fee Schedule. (Ord. 23-2248, Att.
