A massage establishment license, massage therapist permit, and a managing employee permit shall expire three hundred sixty-five days from the date of issue and must be renewed every year. A renewal fee will be assessed for each permit being renewed. Applications for the renewal of establishment licenses must be submitted to the City Manager or his/her designee no later than sixty days prior to the expiration of such license or permit. There shall be no grace period for a massage establishment license, massage therapist permit, or managing employee permit should the aforementioned be allowed to expire.
