Regardless of whether a permit is required for keeping pet horses:
A. Horse barns and shelters shall be located at least thirty feet from the rear and side property lines, at least twenty-five feet from any dwelling on the same premises, and at least sixty feet from any dwelling or swimming pool on adjacent premises if such dwelling or swimming pool exists when the horse barn or shelter is built.
B. Corrals and pens shall be located at least three feet from any property line and at least sixty feet from any dwelling or swimming pool on adjacent property, if such dwelling or swimming pool exists when the corral or pen is built.
