5.32.010 Authority.
   Pursuant to the authority provided in Section 19(c) of Article IV of the California State Constitution and Section 326.5 of the Penal Code, the City establishes the following requirements for the conduct of bingo games by nonprofit charitable organizations in the incorporated area of the City.
