(A) Any person violating § 70.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of any sum not less than $5 nor more than $25 for each and every offense.

(B) The penalty or punishment for violation of § 70.02 shall be the same as applicable to the offense as though the alleged offense had occurred on the public streets, roads and highways of the town, county or state. The minimum fine for said violation shall be $100.
