All appropriate and applicable traffic laws, rules, regulations, statutes and ordinances pertaining to the control of the use of motor vehicles, either moving or parked, will be applied to the public school property owned by the Town Community Schools Corporation and enforced as applicable thereto when applicable and appropriate traffic signs have been erected or posted.
