§ 93.01 NUISANCES PROHIBITED GENERALLY.
   No person shall erect, construct, cause, permit, keep or maintain within the town limits anything whatsoever which is injurious to the public health or safety or offensive to the senses of inhabitants or an obstacle to the free use of property by the inhabitants. The existence of any of the above is declared to be a nuisance and shall be regulated as set forth in this chapter. In addition to what is declared in this chapter and code of ordinances to be a public nuisance, those essentials which are known to the common law and the statutes of the state as public nuisances may, in case any thereof exist within the town limits, be treated as such and be proceeded against as provided in this chapter and code, or in accordance with any other provisions of law. Wherever the word NUISANCE is used in this chapter, it refers to a public nuisance.
